The product looks good, the pump in the bottle didn't work on the rinse bottle. Aggravating.
Unfortunately air conditioning pump. The company offered a refund but wasn't sure if it showed on my Prime card. There's nothing more frustrating than getting a product you've always wanted to try and it can't deliver the product from the pump to the bottle. The bottle is heavy and it's not easy to remove the cap from the conditioner and then put it back on in the shower. Other than that, it's a good product that I'm happy to use in an unfortunately awkward and uncomfortable way.
