It works great on my body and makes me look 10 pounds lighter and more muscular, but the seams on the edges of the shirt are a big issue. I'm not sure why they have to be so thick. I'll probably look at a different style of shirt that doesn't need straps, or I'll try cutting off the straps because the shirt seems to stay in place just fine without them.
