Review on FRYE Sacha Fringe Small Chocolate by Aaron Campbell

Recently the price dropped and I couldn't help but order it. Despite the name, I wouldn't say this is a small hobo bag - it's rather medium sized in my opinion. Everything I need to take with me on a daily basis fits in easily, including a large wallet, two glasses cases, a cosmetic bag and a comb, my keys + a few small items. While the fringes and scallops really make this bag stand out, I appreciate the versatility of being able to easily unbuckle the "belt" if I wanted to. The fringes can also be used with a different bag as they simply snap onto the ring at each end. The leather is very soft, a nice rich brown that goes well with my everyday wardrobe. I have a few other sturdy leather bags that have drawstrings that are almost impossible to close, but this one slides easily through the rings and closes, plus there are sliders on each side to help keep it in place. I leave it partially dressed as shown in the photos as I like the look and it's easier to access the content. There is also a magnetic closure which also keeps the bag closed and secure. There are no outside pockets but inside there is a fairly large zipped pocket on one side and two small open pockets on the other. I would also like a keychain. The only thing I don't really like about this bag is the shoulder strap. It's adjustable in length (about five inches) but I think it's too thin for the size of the bag. I'm sure it will support the weight of the bag, so it's not exactly a functional issue, but it doesn't quite feel right to me; that's why I deducted a star.
