Gets the job done: makeup brushes and tools
I liked that it came with a small soft eyelash brush. I use this product on my mink extensions to keep them clean. I've never had growths so I can't speak about them. The only problem is that opening your eyes with the solution on your lashes/lid will sting slightly. I quickly rinse with water and am ready to go. I would buy again.
