Review on 👞 DOCTOR LIFE XX-Large Recovery System: Device, Boots by Anna Fetzner

So far I have received two unusable units. Admittedly it was my fault the first time - I used their measuring guide but still felt XL would suffice. It's not like this. Too small. Again my mistake. There was a note in the package that we could contact the Doctor Life team directly if we had any problems or questions. Having a hard time finding XXL on Revain, my girlfriend tried to contact them a couple of times as advised. She never received an answer. Finally found and ordered the XXL version. Imagine my surprise when the trunk turned out to be smaller than the XL size. At least the XL is zipped almost to the top. XXL just reached mid-thigh. The boots are clearly marked as "XXL" but clearly aren't. So now I have to decide if I want to eliminate this issue entirely, return the boots and walk away entirely, or pay another $100 for boot extenders that should fit but were obviously mislabeled.
