They are well made but the pump doesn't work and the bags don't fill to the same pressure. The ankle pockets are fully inflated, but the lower calf pockets fill up, but not as much as the others as they fill up.

My wife's legs are larger at the top but normal at the ankle. We bought the largest size and added extensions to wrap around her hips. But they pass by their feet. And don't squeeze her calves too tight

So far I have received two unusable units. Admittedly it was my fault the first time - I used their measuring guide but still felt XL would suffice. It's not like this. Too small. Again my mistake. There was a note in the package that we could contact the Doctor Life team directly if we had any problems or questions. Having a hard time finding XXL on Revain, my girlfriend tried to contact them a couple of times as advised. She never received an answer. Finally found and ordered the XXL version.
