It's really hard to find durable, inexpensive sandals for active, active girls of a certain age (size) and up. It's a struggle every year to find decent looking sandals that will stand up to my kids' abuse. Although these sandals cost more than I'm willing to spend (since I have five children) they seem to last all summer. The kids have been wearing them every day for almost a month - four months to go! They offer some cushioning, are easy to put on and take off, and hug my kids' feet snugly as they run and play. So far I am very satisfied with the price-performance ratio.
