The item was badly damaged
The item was packaged with the item on the side with no spacers and you know how UPS likes to slap things together. I had to take it to a radiator shop to have it pressure checked, it was smashed in many places. ...but it cost $25 to have the fins checked and repaired. Returns not possible as it would take 4-5 weeks for them to go on sale. I was very very disappointed with the delivery!
