This is a great all round steamer at an affordable price. The only negative is the size of the water tank and the access point to fill the water tank. The access point is in a very inconvenient place. If they employ a 3-4 inch flexible silicone funnel, it would be easier to refill it about every 5 minutes when the steamer is set on high steam since the reservoir is a small capacity. The quality of the vapor is very good, there is plenty of it and the temperature remains very high during use. If I had no experience with steam mops I wouldn't have had the reservoir issue. But other mops I've had were easy to fill and had large reservoirs. They also have NO accessory for multi-surface use. However, keep distilled water nearby during use.
