Full credit refund. I couldn't find a way to brace myself or get the top to "stand up" like in many of the photos. I understand that things need to "unfold" after packing and shipping, but I don't see how this can work as shown in the picture without a plastic or braided U-shaped backing that is removed for washing can. The best I can hope for is that it works as a big pillow, but I would buy a bed with a big pillow if that's what I wanted. I need somewhere other than a box for my shy friend to partially hide from time to time and this isn't it.
