The ability to track employee performance is very helpful in making sure we are doing what needs done as far as their development goes within our organization! I wish there was at least an option of being able to have multiple managers assigned so that if one leaves or gets promoted it doesn't affect everyone's view/progress. It would be nice also maybe even having some sort of time line tracking system where you can see how much progress each person has made along with any potential issues they may need help resolving? That could really benefit us greatly!! We've been using this software since 2013 but haven't had many problems until now when someone left unexpectedly which caused all sorts of data loss (employee info & training materials) because no backups were created prior to them leaving. Now everything seems lost - not just the employees' files themselves but ALL previous information about who.
