After 6 emails back and forth with Polaroid I figured why not get a pin/clip and press the reset button next to the charging port, maybe bluetooth will work. That is of course the key! Proceed step by step. 1) Turn off the printer. 2) Go to BLUE TOOTH settings on Android/iPhone/iPad. 3) Turn on the printer5) You should see the POLAROID MINT in your BLUE OPENING TEETH press CONNECT6) AFTER CONNECTING to your smart device THEN and ONLY THEN go to the Polaroid MINT app and discover. There shouldn't be any connection problems!
