Review on Replacement Shield CapLens Scratch Proof Anti Fog by Jorge Kumar

I got the sign as a gift first and when. I went to get the cotter pins. I contacted the manufacturer to request a replacement but they never responded. I ordered a replacement kit from Revain and they forgot to include the pins that are part of the replacement kit. Not impressed to say the least. I'll go back and if they don't reply to my second email I guess I'll say that this isn't a very customer centric company and I don't think Revane would approve of being customer centric as their top priority.
