Review on DURA FLEX ICE SCRATCHERS KIT by Jacob Richardson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

cool product! for parts

First of all, for people who leave reviews that these flexible dura scrapers gain memory with storage, DON'T STORE THEM! Come on folks, use your heads! This is a metal item! and like plastic, paper, etc., they form a memory if not kept in their natural position! If you're keeping your sled for the summer, hang it up! I've used these scrapers on 5 sleds in 4 years and never had a problem like these reviews! use common sense ppl! I still have the very first pair I bought on the snowmobile and they are in great condition after being used on a snowmobile specifically for ice fishing for 4 years and they are in great condition and spray still deal and keep cool zrt700 accrtic cat! Spray them with wd40 for long-term storage! I dipped the cable part in rustOleum Plasti-Dip (see photo) to keep it from rusting! If you don't use them for their intended purpose, then don't buy them! now, as far as their performance goes, they work amazingly! I have 2 sleds with just these scrapers and have never had any issues with overheating or issues with the Hyfax not getting enough lube! Engines stay cool enough on 1999 Arctic Cat ZRT700, 2001 Arctic Cat ZR500 and 2015 Arctic Cat zr8000rr! zr500 which I use for ice fishing and also ski scraping for obvious reasons! But many times I forgot to put the ski binding scrapers on after unloading and these Dura-Flex ski binding scrapers worked great on their own! So if the people who are having these ignorant problems would just use a little common sense, you wouldn't have any serious problems with these flexible dura scrapers! The seller was great and these ice scrapers are 1000% AMAZING and worth the price! and yes, i have extra tips (sold here on amazon for $35) for the zr500! They will wear out if you ride on very hard surfaces like bare ice, but they never failed! Good luck guys and please use common sense when buying stuff like this!
