Review on Officially Licensed 4Gamers PRO4 80 Headset Playstation by Jenna Davis

Bought this headset for my grandson for Christmas. The headset stopped working within the first 3 weeks. ONE SIDE WAS DEFECTIVE. HE HEARED NOTHING. I got permission to send it back and said I'd cover the shipping cost. It had to be sent to the UK. I paid €24 for the return. UNBELIEVABLE. I had to fill out a customs declaration as they were being transported to the UK. This is consumer fraud; especially if it was a defective product of the company. DO NOT BUY!
