I use this product to thaw frozen breast milk and I am pleasantly surprised that it takes only 10 minutes. It is a nice temperature afterwards as well. TIP: place the milk bags inside of a ziploc bag when thawing- we lost a 6 oz bag of milk that leaked during the thaw. 😭 Reasons why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: the temperature on the display is given in Celsius but I use Fahrenheit. There is a beep that tells you the milk is done, I wish it was a louder beep or a beep that reoccurs until you turn it off because if I am out of the room, I do not hear it. And lastly, instructions say to fill the tank with water and to not go past the "max fill line.” I do not see a line indicator anywhere on it.
