This is better than I expected for the price. + Very easy for beginners. ++ Just press the button and it will run. ++ Press another key to make it land by itself. (We always crash our cheaper drones without this feature.) ++ Press the third button and it will do a 360 degree rotation. (To surprise the kids). ++ For my 12 year old it's quite stable and easy to manoeuvre. + It can fly with or without a phone and remote control. ++ I can only control the drone with the remote control (no phone - so no video) to play it like a normal drone. ++ I can only control the drone with my phone (no remote control - especially good when there is no battery in the remote control). (The phone app has all the functionality to control the drone) + Just connect my iPhone to the drone via Wi-Fi. - However, once my phone is connected to WiFi, my phone does not have access to the internet to use other apps. (This is a phone design issue, not the drone. When my phone is connected to Wi-Fi, it uses the data from the Wi-Fi, not the cellular signal. Since the drone's Wi-Fi doesn't support data, my phone has no internet connection while connected to the drone). So I use an extra old phone just to play around with the drone.+ It comes with two batteries. ++ Suitable for long outdoor games + Extra spare flames included. (They are not needed yet, but it's good that they are) + Stable enough assembly. ++ We rammed the drone into walls and closets while playing around the house and learning to fly. I thought it was damaged, but surprisingly it wasn't. Needs improvement: The phone holder and the antenna seem to be placed next to each other. I have to direct them in a certain way so that they don't interfere with each other. It's also better to use a smaller phone. The drone is very powerful and the controls are very sensitive. (that's good and bad). So I recommend playing it outdoors. We've played with a few cheap video drones (bought at Black Friday prices). Overall, this is the best drone in this price range. My kids love it as a drone for beginners.
