It does not snatch the waist y'all!
I probably should have read up more on this before ordering, but I did not. I wanted a good waist trainer that I could easily adjust the waist bands to get more snatch but what I got was basically a sweat shirt with a velcro belt. it does not have any stretch to it at all! what it does well is make you sweat during your workout, so I still use it for that but I will need to find my snatched waist else where.
