First let me make your install easier than mine. You will want to cut the ends off before trying to push the laces through the "lock”. After that it’s easy but if you don’t do it you may waste a lot of time trying to get the laces to go through the holes.The "locks” don’t hold so you’ll need to put the end under your laces as shown in the picture to hold the laces tight.
