I only took it out of the box to try it on. No foreign smells. Just the typical smell of plastic packaging. It fits as expected, is true to size and thankfully covers all the right spots. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, 32" tall (plus size), average build. It stretches a little thanks to the button closure at the crotch. When pulling etc., be careful not to tear the fabric. I rolled it over my chest, letting my shoulders sag and strategically placing my hands so I was on top of the hard fabric when I put it on. I plan on wearing pasties underneath as the fabric is on the thin side. Overall, I'm happy with it right out of the box. I will update how it holds up overnight.
