I received the FitPro adjustable thumb stabilizer, one size, exclusive Revain brand. suffered from de Quervain syndrome in both hands! This is a form of tendinitis caused by inflammation of the tendons on the thumb side of the wrist and can be excruciatingly painful. be in pain and still be able to work when this tendonitis flares up again. Some brands, styles, or designs just work better with the shape of my hand than others for me. I've been using this FitPro brand stabilizer for 4 months and this particular shape and style seems to work better than any other brand, at least for me. This can be used for both the right and left hand so it's great for me as my tendinitis affects both hands. One size for all jobs, perfect for my hands. I usually wear women's oversized gloves or medium to large unisex gloves. The circumference around the widest part of my arm when I place the tape measure just above my thumb is 8 inches. This stabilizer is easily adjustable with 3 different adjustment ranges with Velcro or elastic straps. You can make yourself as comfortable as you like. I had to fiddle a bit to adjust my thumb as the gimbal came with the thumb loop in the wrong position. I pulled the strap all the way out of the hole it goes in and then wrapped it in the opposite direction to wrap around and lock in the material surrounding my thumb. It then provided much better stabilization for my thumb. At the current price of $15.20, this FitPro stabilizer is well worth the price for the relief and support it offers. I will be buying more than backups as this is my favorite now!
