Review on 💧 AQUA CREST FXSCH Shower Water Filter Cartridge Replacements (2 Pack) by Denise Rose

Two pack arrived. One was open, one was intact. I installed it undamaged and it fit well. Since one was already hacked, I decided to open the original old GE I just removed. It was found that the metal contents were identical in quantity and composition. Both had a cloth pre-filter, but the GE appears to have been made of a different material and much thicker. It may not be significant, but it can clog faster if you live anywhere with solids in your water source. The big difference seems to be the plastic end caps. The Aquacrest cap seems to fit well, so I think the manufacturing error was there.
