Buy from Dell but leave a review here as Dell doesn't allow reviews other than an email invite shortly after purchase I think. As such, their reviews do not reflect the real experience of the owner, just a first impression a few weeks after purchase. After that I can't give a rating. Bought in May, worked well with both my Dell laptop and MacStudio. Now 5 months later there is random flickering and now permanent horizontal lines. Horizontal lines persist during self-test when not plugged into laptop, so problem is with monitor, not driver etc. Contacted support and they quickly sent out a replacement. But even though the monitor is only 5 months old, it is "refurbished" and not shipped new of the same model. What's even worse is the way they shipped it. As you can see in the photo (it came in this form), the screen is not protected and the cables in the box are not fixed. Free to smack the screen during delivery. I didn't even unpack it further and now I'm sending it back if they send another one. But like the agent said, there's no guarantee the next one won't be done in the same bad, damaging way. And, Dell, if you were reading this I would contact you about this, but in no way do you allow your customers to speak to anyone who would care or could do anything important.
