I bought this because I felt guilty about having a shower head with a strong flow. This uses about 1/3 of my previous ones, which is good. I really like the three spray options as they are completely different. Some reviewers don't like the fog, but I like the feel of it. You'll need to adjust the water temperature when switching to mist from either of the other two, because mist releases heat into the room air faster, so the mist between the shower head and your body cools down more than other jets. It would be foolish to pay someone to install this. This takes a few minutes. All you need is an adjustable wrench and a roll of Teflon tape. Do not use pliers as they will leave teeth marks on the metal.
