. I ordered a size smaller than my usual hoping for more compression but they fit exactly like my normal size so should be large. I'm in good shape, but I still wouldn't wear them in public without the shorts - they're not thick enough to overcome my modesty :). For the price, they are valuable and worth buying. Order smaller, especially if you are close to your next size in regular clothing. I wanted an alternative to the bracelet that holds your phone while you lift weights - it's funny when others watch you change songs with your hands in your pants, but who cares - it works!
