I rarely review products but thought I should write one for this product as I almost bought it due to bad reviews. I give this product 4/5 (laughs! Generous 😁) because I had to return the first one to get a replacement (easy replacement) and two main issues with the product: 1) It looks like a three-way diverter. The first one I got had a scar which I discovered when I turned on the shower and licked it (see video). Now the replacement had the same scar in the same place but was NOT leaking. I think these scars were made during the carving process. You must fix this to avoid returns and bad reviews.2). It is almost impossible to remove the hand shower holder after installation without damaging it. The company needs to find a more sustainable way to fit the holder properly and also be able to remove it when you move. Other than that, the product was easy to install and represents excellent value for money.
