The texture of these towels sets them apart from most I've seen. They are microfiber but the texture is different than what I am used to. You can see from the photos that they look very beautiful and also wick moisture away from the hair. Cheaper microfiber towels sometimes have drips running down my forehead after wrapping and securing, but these towels are thick which combined with the texture makes it feel almost like a barrier when wrapped and doesn't drip from my forehead. It really helps because I usually use these towels after I get out of the shower and need to get ready right away so as long as my hair is wrapped up in the cold I don't get water all over my makeup when I wear it on. I used to think that the quality of polo hair; not a big deal but it really helps and they are so soft. MY daughter and I have long hair (it's almost waist length) and we love it, it's a hell of a lot better than using two towels of shampoo every time we wash our hair. You would never believe that a simple towel could make your life easier, but seriously try!
