I really like that it's easy to navigate, use templates (which are customizable) with drag & drop editor toolbox-like functionality makes everything very simple! The customer support can be slow but they do respond quickly when you need them - which isn't always immediately after posting your question/comment so patience needed sometimes or just ask more often than once per day if possible until their response time gets quicker as well.- Easy website management using WYSIWG editors such as HTML5 Editor; great visual interface allows anyone who has some knowledge of editing html code without having any coding skills at all make edits easily through this platform.
