It is very easy to use, has nice user interface which makes it simple for new users as well! The one thing I don't like about this software at all would be that there are not many call recording features available (it can only record calls).
If you want something cheap but have an effective tool then go ahead otherwise look somewhere else because they're charging way too much here - $2000+ per month? Come back when pricing becomes reasonable again!!
