Review on Acer PM141Q Portable Monitor Included 13.3", 1920X1080, 60Hz, Wide Screen, ‎UM.AP1AA.001 by Jordan Skaran

I bought this item to use as a second screen for my laptop. I work from home and on the go and the second screen makes my work easier. This thing worked fine for about four days. Suddenly, the OSD settings started blinking and changing, and no button press could stop them. I couldn't even turn it off - I literally had to unplug it for it to stop. After turning it back on, it ran for about five minutes before it started up again. The "manual" is far from useless - it doesn't provide any troubleshooting information, and the buttons on the side of the device don't do what the manual says. I bought this device for cost reasons; Unfortunately, this POS is proof that everyone gets what they pay for. I would like information on how to return this for a refund as I don't even want a replacement at the moment - I've wasted enough time.
