I was able to integrate this into Home Assistant using HUSBZB-1 as a Zigbee router/gateway and these sensors. 5.4.1-194 when I connected the Zigbee sensors to the ZHA, they appeared as a universal device. I had to update HUSBZB-1 to the latest firmware (6.7.8-373) using the Git Hub recommendations on the Home Assistant website (on the ZHA integration page). After updating the gateway, these sensors will appear as 3 objects (each), one of which looks like a water sensor (on/off), another (on/off) that can be a reset button, and finally the battery level. I tested the device with water on the floor and removed the screws so it takes the least amount of water to detect water. I could see the sensor fire in the home assistant.
