For pandemic related work from home work, this laptop and monitor stand is my go-to when trying to organize my life. The instructions are well written (if a bit tiny) and could have been gleaned from the included assembly video, but installation was relatively easy. Note that you may need an extra person to adjust the clamp at the end of installation to ensure it is properly balanced. I installed the clamp on the plastic folding table that is now my home office/desk and was concerned that the C clamp (part or part B) would not be able to clean the outside of the thick countertop. edge, but it was enough to fit on my desk. The tricky part is that the plastic table is a little "give" (it's plastic), so I used a base plate (item J and option B in my guide) used to help distribute weight to the bottom and mount the monitor so that it does not tilt slightly towards the (heavier) monitor arm. This part is not in the instructions for the clamp but is in the instructions for option B. Read the instructions! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to having a little more desk space and as an added bonus a laptop keyboard with an ergonomic angle to keep you cool even in the warmer months.
