We bought this for our 10 year old and set it up in a den. Worked for about 2 weeks then gave a blue screen of death. We tried everything but couldn't fix it so we got a replacement. The replacement worked just long enough for the return window to expire and is now doing the same. I know computers, I built my own until the speed of technological change made that cost prohibitive, now I buy my own computers when I need another. I would absolutely not recommend this. I have no idea what went wrong. We use Norton 360 and the Windows family to make sure kids can't download malware and nobody else is using either computer. The boy only used it for Roblox and YouTube kids. They just both settled into a blue screen with no warning and no solution.
