The AI of this platform has proven to be very strong. I have been able to build an amazing chatbot with it and I am constantly getting new updates from the community that are helping me improve it still further. While some things are easy to use - others require a good understanding of coding and working on them yourself. The community here is always willing to help and I've never found any of them as rude or unhelpful as some other communities. My solution has helped my website greatly! We have not had a single issue in the almost 3 years we've been using this software. We now receive orders instantly via messages and SMS. I like the fact it provides different options so that we are able to customize our bots as per our requirement. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. Sometimes when you try to share your screen with other users, the chat box becomes hidden and you don't know how to get back to it. I have been using this service since last 6 months. This has helped us in making our work process easy and fast.
