Casual and somewhat sporty. Smooth and soft light-medium-weight woven fabric. Great as a tunic over jeans or leggings, jeggings, sweats, yoga pants, and more that I can think of if I try. I expected a thicker, smoother fabric; more like a sweatshirt. However, this is better for cool summer mornings or evenings when the weather is less than ideal. Even where I live there are times like that. On a trip or in the Fall I will need items like these. I got rid of some of my XL and then I gained weight back recently. I ordered this because the style will be accommodating and I lose the weight again; I wouldn't need to get rid of these as they have the right proportions for an oversized tunic. The longer length is perfect camouflage to hide the stark transition from my broad waistline to my super-thin lower body. I think a style like this is perfect if I go camping and need layers, yet attractive with jeans on a knockaround day, out and about town. I can wear boots in the Fall or athletic shoes, things, or flats this time of year; almost Summer last I checked.The color is an oatmeal beige and the button placket goes with a style I can't remember the name of. This is a pullover top with a collar, and the bands at the writs and such.I will wash these with the white clothing in cold water on a gentle cycle and dry in a low temperature dryer for awhile. I remove promptly and fold or hang. No bleach, only spot cleaning if necessary with the appropriate solution for what you have stained it with.These are a good value, great price, good quality. Plain jane but with the distressed jeans you might think the look is on trend.Enjoy!
