I ordered these bulbs as a permanent replacement for my previously installed bulbs because the contacts for my bulbs were getting very weak and I lost the caps so it was a win. Installation was a little tricky as I couldn't get it to make contact at first, although it may have been on my side due to damaged contacts. After I adjusted the headlights a bit (just flexing the tabs a bit) these things fit perfectly, they were a bit difficult to snap into place but once they did they definitely didn't fall out. And I would like to point out that these things are SUPER bright, at night it seems like I have a backlight, they are so bright. I also installed them on a 2002 Mini Cooper s (r53). Overall they shine great and work great. Will definitely buy again!
