I was a little hesitant about this role based on previous feedback. I am pleasantly surprised by the softness, the ability to work with it as a decorative item and that it works as a good cover for my feet. It's not a blanket, it's not very big, it's easy to get caught with rings and pets, but I mainly use it for decoration. This is not a very warm blanket, and if you are a tall person, you can get a larger blanket or blanket if you want full body coverage. This works for me when I want to cover my legs and that's fine as it's just a cape and I'll be using it on the couch to watch TV. I didn't expect to be covered from head to toe. Overall I love it and it looks great on my ottoman. I have ivory and it's a nice ivory without a lot of yellow undertones and that's exactly what I wanted. If you can imagine ivory bias knit Christmas stockings, this is the same color. They fit together perfectly.
