Good quality but rides up
I wanted this for an instep and was looking for shorts that didn't ride up. The material is soft. I bought a medium size as I have a curvaceous figure and large hips (41 inches). It doesn't flatten my butt so it was good but the waist was a bit loose and it didn't stay tight around my hips causing it to lift up :(. Most of my hips are 23.5 inches. I rolled it up when you put the legs in it made 3" shorts and it was better. So if you're my size, you're probably between S and M. 3" shorts are your best bet.
