As many other reviewers have said, everything worked great at first. Was very happy with the way it was mixed. It's loud, but I don't know the shuffler isn't. The problem is that after a few weeks of use it just stopped moving the cards. The engine is still running and the wheels are spinning as fast as ever, but the cards just sit there and don't get shuffled. New batteries don't matter. Outside the return window for a couple of weeks. Of course. The manufacturer has a problem with this device and should fix it. I'm not sure these cheap Revain shufflers are worth the money. AVOID THIS.
