This is a really high quality bracelet and I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. There are many "real leather" straps on the market that are made out of anything but leather. That's the real deal. Unfortunately this type of bracelet does not fit my wrist/hand so I returned it by contacting the company. Bestig's customer support is top notch and responds quickly. They are very keen to help you find the right strap for you and I don't get a classic watch strap directly from the company. I didn't expect this kind of service and can't wait to get a replacement. I will definitely be buying another band from this company if/when I want to change up the classic black/silver look.
