Quality customer support which exceeded industry standard
I have been working for them as an Account Manager since 2015 till now (Feb 2019). They are great to work with - always willing to help out whenever needed! Their team members never disappoint me when it comes down to deliver quality service that's beyond expectation. No issues at all so far but nothing really worth mentioning either. The best thing about this organization was their willingness to go above & Beyond what they were contractually obligated too. It helped us grow our business tremendously over time.
Pros
- Great value added experience ! Not much can be said negatively here apart from being slightly slow sometimes during peak hours especially early morning or late evening shifts which could probably do better without sacrificing productivity / speed due diligence etc
