I love this soap very much. I don't have psoriasis but lately I've had very dry and reactive skin due to various autoimmune diseases and I was looking for a gentle soap that wouldn't aggravate it but actually soothes and moisturizes my skin. This seems to work for all of the above. It has a very nice honey smell, pleasant but not overpowering, and really makes my skin very soft. I had damaged skin that can often sting/sting from various soaps but this was nothing at all and was very comforting. It's a bit pricey, but I don't mind paying extra for something that seems to help. Also, it's very important to me that my personal care products are free from harmful chemicals, which is great too. Today I tried to wash it. My face is incredibly sensitive and almost never tolerates soap and I was really surprised at how well it worked without any reaction. Definitely recommended for sensitive skin.
