Buyer Beware Living Room Furniture

I bought this furniture to match my desk and bedside tables I just bought and they have all proven to be durable. However, no matter what I do, this one doesn't stand strong. It's completely shifted to one side. He's definitely not going to stay in my living room as he won't even be able to hold a drink without spilling it. Very disappointed as I wanted a matching set to complete the look I was going for.
