I bought this oil to take internally to help my beard grow (finish) and used topically diluted lavender essential oil with castor and coconut oils as the oil carrier. seems to be working and my hair on my arms, chest, legs, eyebrows and eyelashes is also getting longer and thicker. Despite the "warning not to take orally". I mean the oil is natural, no hexane, no additives, cold pressed etc. I don't even know why the warning is there. The oil is non-toxic and the oil is a known laxative when you drink 2-8 oz of it. I just take a small spoonful of it and I'm fine.
