ALSO MIXED IN 20 OZS OF WATER, THE TASTE WAS POWERFUL TO ME!

If you can handle the overpowering taste, this drink makes a decent coffee substitute. We recommend mixing 1 scoop with 10-14 ounces of water. No way! Not for me! This stuff was too strong even when I diluted it to 20 ounces. It was mixed about right with 24 ounces of water, but who on earth would want to drink that much liquid for a short time in the morning or afternoon to reap the benefits of caffeine? I would piss on the whole office and my car! If you're screaming out loud, skip the sucralose! It's nice that it has a big dose of Instaminos brand BCAAs and a small dose of glutamine. You also get some coconut water powder for hydration, but that overbearing artificial flavor is a deal breaker. Just to get it over with, I added a few caffeine capsules and sipped this 24+ ounce concoction for several hours after dinner. I also peed like a racehorse!
