Quality and Beauty: This set is very beautiful. The colors are vibrant and just amazing. Last year I visited a family member who owned Fiesta cookware and fell in love with these beautiful colors. However, I always prefer porcelain to earthenware etc. (all other materials are inferior to porcelain). Tableware set made from Swiss porcelain, therefore more durable, less bulky and not as heavy as ceramic tableware. Customer service. I rarely write reviews. However, I would like to emphasize that the customer service of the Swiss company is excellent. When I received my order one of the panels (yellow) was slightly cracked, it looks like a factory defect. I have emailed the company. They responded immediately and offered a 30% discount. Since it was my favorite color out of all the plates, I declined the offer and asked to wait until I got a replacement yellow plate. Since they couldn't just send me this record, I got a brand new set (for free) a few days later. Thank you! I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing more. PS: Not all colors are shown in the photo because some of the dishes were in the dishwasher when I took the photo.
