It's listed as approved by the airline and it's not true! Side carry due to wires on the ends squaring the zip ends so it won't fit under the seat as it isn't flexible on the ends and that's why they refused us a seat! We found out about this AFTER we paid $150 for it and we were already at the gate... We literally had 15 minutes to walk to the airport store, luckily there was ONE who sold them and bought them at an over outrageous price, and it was much more. less than one of our 8lb puppies so it was an unfortunate flight for everyone as she was literally forced into that emergency transporter. I had to keep the ones I bought here at Revain because the stretcher is your carry-on and I had no other option to store it anywhere. TOTAL LOSS!
