I'm 5ft 9in, about 160lbs for reference and I have this in a Large. It's definitely cheap plastic as other reviews have mentioned, but it's ok for a costume. It doesn't really stretch, so if you're concerned about the fit, go up a size. Be VERY careful with the zipper on the side of the dress. It doesn't have that weird, fishy faux leather smell like some of the other "latex" "leather" things I've ordered in the past, which is great. Slightly compresses the chest, if you are one size larger than C cup, this may not be suitable for you. Overall, this is a decent little dress that you can upgrade with other items to make a cool costume. Hope this is helpful!
