Non-permanent - machine washable

I used this marker to touch up a navy blue t-shirt that I had accidentally splattered with bleach. The color covered most of the stains but for the most part it washes out with every wash, even if reapplied with every wear. I reapplied the highlighter every time I wore it, but again, most of the color washes out with washing.
