When I first opened these tweezers, the overall length surprised me. I figured these tweezers would be the size of my other tweezers, they are all the size of my palm. I doubted that I could use them effectively. At this point I have to stop and say that I bought these tweezers not for eyelash extensions but for eyebrow care after I lost my regular tweezers (which I received). as a gift in a set for eyelashes from the pharmacy). I am a grown woman with BABY FINE hair and my eyebrows are no exception. I'm having a hard time finding tweezers that can grab individual hairs without damaging a patch of skin. I expected the worst from these tweezers. However, once I started using the test tweezers, I was quickly wrong. These tweezers are AWESOME. Light enough to maneuver around my arches, strong enough to give me a good grip to apply to my follicles. Very easy to use, especially on my fine hair. I'm still mad at myself for losing my old pair of tweezers making this purchase necessary, but the anger won't last. Definitely worth spending a few bucks to replace. and my eyebrows don't look like quarantine brows anymore.
